The Glazed Over logo is the creation of Kolosta Graphics, a company located in Piedmont, California. You can also see samples of their work at the Well, one of the most prestigious sites on the Internet. You can reach Kolosta Graphics at (510) 596-8886.

The template for this site was developed by BlueRobot. He has done some remarkable work with Cascading Style Sheets that enable one to position items on the web page without using tables. His work has influenced the design of such well-known sites as Wired magazine.
